Before contacting support, please:
- Make sure your software and components are up to date.
- Double-check the relevant instructions in these docs.
- Be prepared to provide version numbers, steps to reproduce, and any relevant logs.
Please be aware many product will have tags these are explained below!
- OBS Import This tag means the product includes an OBS Import.
- Fonts Needed This tag means the product includes a font that needs installing.
- DLL This tag means the product requires the StreamUP DLL.
- Streamerbot Import This means the product includes a Streamer.bot Import.
Most Products will include our General Notice - This is where we assume you have the latest DLL, everything that needs to be imported or installed has being done, and everything is running on the latest version. It will look something like this.
💡General Notice
This guide assumes you have the latest StreamUP DLL installed. All required plugins, including the StreamUP plugin, and Streamer.Bot should be up to date. It also assumes you have already imported any fonts, OBS scenes or Browser Sources and Streamer.Bot import files.
Please make sure you have followed the standard product installation steps for StreamUP products.
If you haven't and where appropriate please follow these specifically:
